Mysterious Poe Grave Visitor Fails To Show

SINC SAYS:
For some 60 years now, a mystery visitor has stopped by Edgar allan Poe’s grave and left three roses and a half bottle of cognac.
But not his year.
He (or she) stopped.
No one knows who the mystery person is or why he stopped.
Hmmm, have they considered he might be dead?
