Back on November 27 we brought you the story of Cody, the Chocolate Lab who greeted customers at a US convenience store.
Thousand of people read the story in the online paper and enjoyed their introduction to the dog.
But so did the department of health read the story and they were not amused.
They told the owner to get rid of the dog or else.
Or else what?
