It must be nice to be a member of the Qatari royal family and have enough money to buy Harrod’s of London.
A cool $1.5 billion took care of that.
They even drove their fancy new sports cars to the change of ownership celebration.
Each car was worth well over a million bucks.
But city parking officials gave them the boot while they were inside.
Over there, they call it “clamping”.
